Water and Food Quality Control Laboratory

Water and Food Quality Control Laboratory aims to:

1. Provide analyzes and research in toxic products, organic products and foodstuffs;
2. Ensure the pesticides and organic solvents analyzes and toxic research;
3. Ensure the physicochemical and microbiological analysis of water;
4. Lead expertise in the toxicology and hydrology fields;
5. Provides training and mentoring to the trainees and students;
6. Monitors drinking water quality;
7. Contributes to the monitoring and prevention in food safety.

The lab has three divisions:

1. Water quality control division.
2. Food Toxicology Division;
3. Food Microbiology Division.
